Term and Conditions
1. Payment and/or your signature constitute your acceptance of these terms and
conditions.
2. Following receipt of your booking form and/or payment, Elite Sport will send you an
email to confirm your booking. If an email address is not available a letter will be sent.
3. Any child registered for an Elite Sport camp must be at least 6 years of age at the
time of the camp.
4. Cancellation are subject to the following charges:
- 30+ days to a camp – 100% refund
- Less than 30 days to a camp – 50% refund
- Less than 7 days to a camp – 25% refund
- On or after the date – No Refund
- If there extenuating circumstances we will issue a 50% refund and 50% credit for an alternative camp.
5. If exceptional circumstances arise and it’s necessary to cancel a camp then you will be
offered the choice of a transfer to an alternative camp or a full refund.
6. Neither Elite Sport nor any of its staff nor persons involved with the organisation of
camps accepts liability for the personal injury or death of any participant unless caused
by its negligence. Neither Elite Sport nor any of its staff nor persons involved with
the organisation of camps accepts liability for any losses or additional expenses
incurred by any participant of their parents or guardians due to injury or sickness whilst
at an Elite Sport camp, weather, strikes, war or any other cause beyond their
control.
7. Elite Sport reserves the right to modify a programme due to adverse weather
conditions, low attendance or other unforeseen circumstances.
8. If a parent or guardian would like to make a complaint to Elite Sport then they
should contact the office by phone, email or written post. The parent or guardian will be
contacted within 48 hours of the complaint being lodged, but the complaints procedure
may take up to 2 weeks. A full and detailed copy of our complaints procedure is
available to parents or guardians on request.
Although Elite Sport will take every reasonable step to avoid injuries being suffered by
participants, there is an inherent risk of injury in sports and activities on our programme. By making payment and/or signing the booking form, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian of the child listed above and have custody and control of him/her and you confirm that:
- You have read and accept all of our terms and conditions.
- You irrevocably consent to: your child’s participation in their chosen programme, your child being photographed whilst at the Elite Sport camp, and that such photographs can be used in future promotional material produced by Elite Sport, and data relating to your child collected by Elite Sport in connection with the Elite Sport Coaching Clinic camp being used for the purposes of the Elite Sport camp and associated promotion.
- You accept that there is an inherent risk of injury in all sports and activities in our programme.
- You accept that we will only administer prescribed drugs, e.g. antibiotics or inhaler, to your child during the camp with your verbal and written consent
at the start of the camp.
- You consent that we may call upon emergency medical advice for your child if an incident requires it.
- You accept that you must inform us on the application form that your child suffers from anaphylaxis. We will then follow the procedure we have in
place for this.
- You consent to trained first aid personnel caring for your child in the event of an accident.
